Costs of an Uncontested Divorce

We are charging $290 for uncontested divorces without minor children and $380 for uncontested divorces with minor children.  There is also a filing fee that varies from county to county that the Court charges.  The filing fee for Houston County is around $220.  This is significantly less than a contested divorce, which can costs thousands of dollars in attorney fees.

We prepare the documents and agreement for you and your spouse to sign.  Once signed, we electronically file your uncontested divorce and you will usually receive your Final Decree of Divorce in the mail about 6-12 weeks later.
